Let’s get started!

Here’s what we need from you….

1. Fill out this on-boarding document before our kickoff call.

2. Grab a time from our calendar for our kick off call. These calls are usually between 30 minutes to an hour.

3. Please share any login info we might need on the login sheet in your Google Folder or add us to Last Pass. (This will take usually 1 business day for us to set-up your folder and we’ll send a seperate email when it’s ready). We’ll need logins for your website, LeadPages, ClickFunnels – anywhere we might need to install a pixel. 🙂

4. Please make sure you share a link to your image folder + branding guide with us (this can be in Dropbox or Google Drive). Or you can upload your creative assets directly to your Google Folder (you’ll see a folder for ‘creative assets’ where you can add these).

5. Give us access to your ad account:

1. Go to Business Settings and look for Partners under Users on the left side.
2. Click the ‘Add’ blue button in the middle column and then select: Give Partner Access to Assets.

And then please give us access to the following (this way we won’t have to bug you later):

Pages: Select the page for the account, then check the Manage Page option in the Admin Access section at the bottom.

Ad Accounts: Select the ad account you want us to work in and then check the Manage Ad Account option in the Admin Access section at the bottom.

Pixels: Do the same for Pixels as you did for Ad Account.

Instagram Accounts: If you use Facebook to run Instagram Ads, go to Instagram Accounts, and check the Instagram account(s) connected to your Ad Account.

Custom Conversions: Check any custom conversions you may have setup.

Domains: Select any domains you may have set up.

Save & Complete: Once your settings are all set. Click the Save Changes button and finally the Done button.
